Treat your pet to a reiki session and see the benefits

The following is a guest post by Candy and Ming at Reiki Fur Babies. Enjoy!

If you have ever had a pet then you will know just how much pleasure they can give you. Even if you’ve only been out of the house for a few short while, they will still greet you with genuine enthusiasm. It’s consistent too. Anytime you walk out that door and come back you are greeted with love. I know from my own experience, if I am feeling depressed, just looking at my pets faces makes me smile. My yellow lab wiggles her butt and it never fails to make me smile and laugh.

I learned Reiki specifically for them. Reiki keeps them balanced and can actually heal them. My dog had canine hip dysplasia but with Reiki, she now runs up down the stairs. I have witnessed Reiki heal her leg when she had chewed it right down to the skin due to anxiety. Reiki also can give mental healings which has helped my Corgi with her anxieties. Giving my pets Reiki is a way that I show them how much I love them and give back to them.

We have treated horses, dogs, cats, even rat. And she was a wonderful sweet rat.
No matter what your pet suffers from, Reiki can help it. Let’s take a look at what Reiki is and how it works. Animals have minds, emotions and a will. It can be used as a way to relax your animal and release negative emotions. If you go to a high end spa, you will see Reiki as one of the options. Reiki is not a form of religion. For a dying animal, Reiki is a way to provide them with comfort and also reassurance to the owner.

Animals respond faster than people and positive results are often seen in a much shorter period of time. Why? Because animals don’t have as much baggage as humans. Your animals will feel no pain or discomfort during a Reiki session. Bear in mind that this isn’t a substitute for a vet visit, but rather a complimentary treatment.

We sent reiki anywhere in the world. Currently we have clients in the UK, Finland, Luxembourg as well as in many of the States. In my opinion, distant healing treatments work well on animals. We work with rescued dogs. Right now we are working with a golden retriever who was rescued who was in pain and did not smile. After two sessions she kissed her new Mama, laid on her back and even ran up a flight of stairs. We are still working on her giving her mental and physical healings. Depending on your pet’s situation more than one treatment may be needed.
